Prescient Industries Private Limited
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Prescient Industries Private Limited ("Company") and any business entity ("Client") accessing this portal or submitting inquiries. Published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Companies Act, 2013, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable MCA guidelines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an inquiry and checking the mandatory consent declaration, you confirm that:
- You are an authorised representative of a registered business entity.
- Your organisation holds all licences required to procure the requested chemical products.
- You agree to these Terms in full without modification.
2. Electronic Records & Legal Binding Nature
In accordance with Section 4 (legal recognition of electronic records) and Section 5 (electronic authentication) of the IT Act, 2000:
- All form submissions are legally recognised electronic records admissible under the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
- Checking the consent checkbox constitutes an electronic acknowledgement of intent to enter B2B negotiations.
- Records are timestamped and secured with AES-256 encryption via Supabase.
- An inquiry is not a binding order — a purchase agreement requires a formal PO and written acceptance.
3. Permitted Use
This portal is exclusively for legitimate B2B procurement inquiries. You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate our platform
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Use the portal for retail or consumer-level procurement
- Procure chemicals for purposes prohibited under the Insecticides Act, 1968

No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from Prescient Industries Private Limited. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal action.
5. Industrial Chemical Disclaimer — GHS & CPCB
Prescient Industries Private Limited shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, environmental harm, or legal penalty arising from the misuse, improper handling, unlawful application, or non-compliant disposal of chemical products after delivery.
All products are classified and labelled per the Globally Harmonised System (GHS) and CPCB guidelines under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for regulatory compliance, safe handling per GHS, and disposal per the Hazardous Waste Rules, 2016.
6. Digital Representations & Product Imagery
All product images displayed on this portal are AI-generated digital replicas created for illustrative purposes only. These digital representations are intended to provide visual guidance regarding the general appearance and branding of Prescient Industries product packaging.
- Physical packaging design, dimensions, colour profiles, label layouts, and regulatory markings may vary from the digital representations shown on this platform.
- Actual product packaging is subject to change based on regulatory updates, compliance requirements under the Insecticides Act 1968, CIB&RC directives, and internal quality control revisions.
- The Company does not guarantee that the digital imagery is an exact reproduction of the physical product and shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between the digital representation and the delivered goods.
- Clients are advised to refer to the physical label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) supplied with each consignment for authoritative product information.
7. Minimum Quantities & Orders
- All prices are indicative and subject to formal quotation.
- The Company reserves the right to decline orders below 12 metric tonnes.
- Final terms are governed by the mutually executed Purchase Order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
